Casey Anthony – Torch Passed Expeditiously

07/15/2011

For whatever reason Judge Jose Rodriguez recused himself this morning, the torch was quickly passed to Judge Lisa Munyon and the hearing was immediately rescheduled…pretty fast turn-around says a whole bunch to me and you can bet the filings are flying in the Court Clerk’s office!

The hearing was conducted in a conference room which precluded cameras and only 6 reporters were allowed admittance.

Lisbeth Fryer from Casey’s criminal case filed a notice of appeal to review the four guilty verdicts she received for lying to law enforcement which means Casey is not required to answer any questions in any deposition until that appeal is over.

Judge Munyon has delayed Anthony’s deposition until October 8!

“We’ve had this case since 2008,” said attorney Keith Mitnik, with Morgan & Morgan. “We’ve been on the back burner, and I’m about to get hot.”

Oh good lord, if they are planning on using the same ridiculous argument they did in Court, along with the same case law, give it up. She lied. There’s no “George” to blame.

Didn’t Greene come on board around the same time as Finney? Made me wonder who has a relationship with him and what that implies? It’s a delay for sure and after I thought about it, Judge Runyon was kinda backed into a corner and had to postpone the deposition to allow the appeal to work it’s way through the system.

My question is, who the heck will keep tabs on the felon’s where-abouts for Zenaida and Tim Miller?

I’ve come to believe every defense lawyer in Orange County, Fla., has the same middle name – Stall.

    Morning donchais!

“Stall” indeed! Why would KC talk to Mr. Mitnik to what happened to Caylee (as if she was capable of telling the truth) if one producer offered her $1M to give him the first interview!

What it appalls me is that KC is a “pathological liar” and what part don’t they understand she is not going to tell them what has happened to Caylee? Ever! Then this producer will try to put a spin on this interview like she has said anything we don’t know already just to make the headlines.

I have to say, I am not even interested in watching her, or reading her book. She is shallow narcissistic liar, so I wish she could just go away. I followed the case because I wanted justice for Caylee. Still it’s immoral for KC, her parents and JB to make money off a murdered child! This is just horrible! But since psychopaths lack remorse, KC will make money, will go partying, and will live happily ever after. Well, she is a parasite, so maybe her money one day will end. We all know what comes easy goes easy.

Now, I will be very mad if the IRS and the State won’t recover the money she owes to them. As far as the civil suit goes I hope these people will get their money as well but I have no idea if they will.

Don’t you just wish KC would move into Clearwater? I am sure the jurors would be mostly glad to take her in their homes. *insert rolling eyes*

    FRG,

It’s just wrong for anybody to make money off the murder of an innocent child, period!

After her release, I think Casey is going to get a major dose of karma. I honestly don’t believe she has any idea just how awful her life on the ‘outside’ is going to be! Now that’s justice!

The IRS will lien any monies she receives to satisfy the tax debt. If they try to hide it then conspiracy statutes apply.
I don’t know why the State or the Fed doesn’t use the conspiracy statute in the Caylee death. The P.I. Hoover said his buddy told him that Caylee was in the swamp area and that this information was given out by someone in the Hopespring house. Right there are 2 known persons in the conspiracy and one unknown person.
Once a conspiracy is charged all overt acts in furtherance thereof binds that person to the conspiracy. All the lies and half/truths etc that have been told would give prosecuters a lot of leverage in proving the conspiracy.

I don’t think people are making money off of Caylee. They are making money off of Casey, how bizarre she is. There is a difference.

And now the focus will even shift farther into how this weirdo escaped the justice system.

Caylee needs to be let go and allowed to rest in peace.

The ongoing drama is her mama, Casey. And if people want to make money off of her, than I say go for it. Keep her in the spotlight so that she’s held up in disgust and horror. Let the world know that this attitude, demeanor, and her actions are reprehensible.

It would have been nice if the court proceedings had done that for us. If she was locked away that would send the message, but since she slipped out of that somehow, then I say people should tag her all they want. Not to be violent, just to make that societal statement against wrongdoing.

I feel quite comfortable calling Casey a weirdo because it astounds me that she has passed all her “evaluations” yet her previous life and lifestyle is quite appalling and bizarre.

And if at any point Casey becomes repentant and changes her life for the better, I think there are many who will accept that. Others will always be haters, no matter what.

I agree with you donchais, I don’t think she has a clue what awaits her here on the outside. I’m sure she thinks in a week or two she will be able to take a trip to target and the mall. Not. Her license expired while she was in jail so I don’t think she will be leaving the country till she is able to obtain some form of valid ID. She may be free but she will never have that “Bella Vita” she so desired.

I agree with you that nobody should profit off a murdered child! It’s wrong!

My hubby tells me about KC’s karma, it won’t be pretty he says, she destroyed many innocent lives so she could go free, so now there she will be free, but will she?

To those people who think KC will “repent” think again, she never cried for her own daughter. Hello? That will never happen! It seems that all the jail house tapes didn’t make people realize how evil KC is. Wake up people!

Well, KC even fooled Dr. Krop, the one on Dr. Drew who claims he spent 20 hours examining her, he said she has no personality disorder! Yeah right, and Elvis Presly is alive! LOL

As long as we “taxpayers” will not be paying for KC’s bodyguard and security, I could not care less where she will be going or she will be doing.

But well know what comes around goes around!

Have a great weekend donchais! Keep up the great work!

    FRG,

Amazing you said that! My mom always told us as kids, you get what you reap, what goes around comes around.

Point being, I may not be around to witness the payback, but it’s karmic and all takes care of itself!

People who wrote about Charles Manson weren’t making money off of the murdered people. People want to try to figure out this Manson freak, just as people want to figure out this Casey freak.
