Casey Anthony – Report by Noon, August 26th!

08/12/2011

Judge Belvin Perry released his ruling today, ordering that Anthony must return to Florida to begin serving her one year probation as ordered in 2010 by Judge Stan Strickland.

“It is very clear that the Defendant and her attorney knew she was due to start her probation upon release from the Orange County Jail.  Despite this fact, they took advantage of a scrivener’s error which started the probation while she was being held in jail.  The defense should not be able to claim that they are now harmed by having the Defendant serve probation at this time.

Citing recent polls that name Anthony as the most-hated person in the nation, Judge Perry also ruled that the Florida Department of Corrections are authorized to keep Anthony’s residential information confidential.

Yesterday, Florida’s DCF issued its final report which states Anthony failed to protect Caylee, which ultimately resulted in her death.

“The inactions by the mother were clearly failure to protect. As the child was found dead, obviously the failure to protect led to the death,” DCF spokesman Joe Follick said.

DCF’s scathing final report which clearly states what a liar Casey is and ultimately responsible for Caylee’s death will follow Anthony for the rest of her natural days!

So, where will Anthony reside?  Certainly not at Hope Spring Drive.  Perhaps she could be a house guest at the Baez or Mason homes.  As to employment, perhaps Dot Sims will hire her as a nanny for her kids!

Hear that Casey?  It’s the KARMA train picking up speed!

I know he was overly cautious and I respect that. The order did give me chuckles though 😉

LOL! Yup, Perry doesn’t issue orders without thoroughly researching and he politely spanked them big time for being morons and getting caught with their proverbial pants being down around their ankles.

Princess Casey has been ordered to the tower!

“It’s the KARMA train picking up speed!” You’re so right!

Casey can run but she can’t hide from KARMA!

Why wasn’t the DCF report filed before the trial so it could be entered into evidence? Three years seems long enough for such a report. Child neglect, anyone? duh

The judge may have failed to consider two important issues in this action. One, Casey Anthony was already released from probation by the probation department and this will be overturned on the Appellate level. And two, I don’t believe the judge considered just how many complaints the probation department is likely to receive from this defendant by claims of inappropriate actions and non-actions alleged against the department in a twelve month period of time. This will cost the Florida tax-payers an untold and incalculable amount of money. And, for what? Nothing. Casey wins again. What happened to justice for Caylee? -Jane

Barb2, I am not so sure if this report was done in the beginning it would of made an impact on this brain-dead jury. I feel they all had their minds made up so they could get down to real business, like oh let’s say, vacations, family etc. Their duty was not to serve but to rush and get the HECK out of dodge. To state NOT GUILTY would of certainly been a huge money maker. Besides that. A killer is still on the loose.

jane, I sincerely doubt the Judge failed not to consider everything in his decision.

The probation department erred. This will not be overturned on the Appellate level for the intent that Anthony serve probation upon release is documented in the court transcript as well as on video. A scrivener’s error in the order is legally trumped by that. Additionally, even Ms. Fryer admitted to Judge Perry the defense was well aware of Judge Strickland’s intent…also documented in court transcript and on video.

No, Casey doesn’t win on this one. She is a convicted felon and like any convicted felon, must serve her probation under the same conditions.

shyloh, I agree with your earlier post; I hope the jury enjoyed their free stay in Orlando, they are probably wondering why they had to sit through a trial everyday. Sad. Now I am wondering how this “probation thing” will go.

If she had been found guilty of Caylee’s murder (as she should have been) this would all be moot. I have pushed, pulled, rolled, tumbled (and everything else) this all in my mind in the weeks since the so-called verdict. The jury knew what this case was all about. There is no way that anyone in FL, especially this area of FL, could possibly NOT KNOW about the Caylee Anthony Murder Case. They should have added 2 and 2 and gotten 4, like any intelligent person would, but there was something wrong from the get-go. I think they are going to find, farther down the road, that there was jury misconduct, possibly even jury tampering done here, which is why it took them so little time to deliberate. It would not have mattered if the prosecution had handed them the case all tied up in a bow. The verdict was set before they even went in. I truly believe this. I don’t know who is responsible, but I’d not be surprised to find out that Baez and/or Cheney had something to do with it. They were entirely too confident, Baez even joking around with the cameras during a break, for there to even be a single doubt as to what was coming down from that jury.

I am not a patient person, but I truly do believe in Karma, and that train is leaving the station to run you over, Casey Anthony. I cannot wait to see you go down. OJ thought he was immune to bad things happening to him when he lucked out and that glove didn’t fit b/c it had been left out in the weather and shriveled and shrank up. Of course it wouldn’t fit. Your glove is coming, Casey.
