Petit Family Murders – Komisarjevsky Is Guilty

Komisarjevsky found guilty on all 17 counts against him!

Included are murder, burglary, kidnapping, sexual assault and arson. Six of those charges are considered capital offenses, making Komisarjevsky eligible for the death penalty!

The jury took around nine hours to return a verdict – a just verdict in my opinion!

The death penalty hearing to determine if he spends the rest of his life in prison or is condemned to execution by lethal injection will start Oct. 24.

God bless the Petit and Hawke families for their grace, dignity and perseverance.  May they now find the strength to move toward healing and continue to honor their loved ones through the Petit Family Foundation.

I appreciate your comment…I do it for those left behind and to make sure we all remember the victims and those who are left to suffer such memories of violence.

The victims and families should never, ever be subjected to slander and libel by a defense theory that trashes them or lies about about the facts in the case.

We see this too often now!

I hope the jury votes for the DP, this case is WHY we need the DP.

Thank you donchais for all of your hard work.

Donchais, thanks for letting us know the verdicts. While not unexpected, I’ve learned never to pre-judge what a jury will do. So have we all.

Now, on to the sentencing. The best part about all those guilty verdicts is that we know the only people who will be subject to this psycopath will be his fellow inmates. He will never see light of day again, as is justice.
